These are registered at the office of the Community Development Officer, managed by a 5-member Committee, including;
To facilitate savings, MSC customized a passbook for all members.
To benefit from Myooga seed capital, associations open accounts, pay membership fees, and buy shares in their Emyooga SACCOs.
Emyooga SACCOs
The Executive Committee (elected by the General Delegates meeting) manages Emyooga SACCOs, comprised of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer, and other 2 or more members but not exceeding 6 members.
Each Emyooga SACCO has a Supervisory Committee of 03 members, elected from the delegates by the General Delegates meeting but independent of the Executive Committee. (Quality control and supervision and management support).
Both the Executive Committee and Supervisory Committee members shall have passed the fit and proper test through the vetting process.
